How to Raise a Ticket in the AI MAGIX Support Web Portal?

STEP-1

To access the AI MAGIX Support web portal, open your web browser and enter the following.

-        URL: https://aimagix.com/



STEP-2

On the AI MAGIX web portal, click on the "Support" button located in the top right corner of the page.



STEP-3

You will be redirected to the AI MAGIX Support Portal.



To submit a ticket, scroll down to the bottom of the page where you'll find the "Submit a Ticket" button.



Your screen will be directed to the ticket submission page from the home screen, allowing you to submit your request to the AI MAGIX support team.



STEP-3

On the ticket submission page, users can access the following options:

Department:

Choose the department for your ticket from the drop-down menu, which includes options like

-       AI MAGIX Private Ltd

-       vChek 

-       vInspkt.

Contact name:

The name of the person associated with the request or ticket.

Subject:

Input the subject or topic of the inquiry or issue you are currently facing.

Description:

 Provide a comprehensive description of the problem you are encountering, including any relevant steps you have taken to replicate the issue.

Product name:

Select the name of the AI MAGIX product you are using, which can be either vChek or vInspkt.

Priority:
Choose the priority level for your ticket, which can include options like

-       Low

-       Normal

-       High

Attach a file:

You have the option to include an attachment with your ticket, such as a screenshot or video illustrating the issue you are encountering.

Submit:

Once you've furnished all the essential details, press the "Submit" button to finalize the procedure, and a unique ticket ID will be generated for your future reference.



NOTE
  1. If you are not a registered user on the AIMAGIX support portal, you will notice an additional option on the submission page, which is the email address field. You must enter your email address for any future correspondence.
  2. You are not required to create an account on our web portal to submit a ticket. However, to check the status of a ticket you've raised, you must have a registered account.
